We are a small Edinburgh property company building a considered portfolio of restored buildings. We buy places with history and character, restore them properly, and keep them.

01 · Current Work

The Tinto Collective

Our current projects sit within The Tinto Collective, a growing collection of carefully restored places to stay in rural Scotland. Sundial in Muthill, Perthshire and Daisy Bank in Braemar, Aberdeenshire are both in restoration now, with first doors opening in 2026.

The build side is ours. Our own team of joiners and tradesmen carries out the work, from first strip-out to final finish. It is slow, careful work, and it shows in the result.

Between portfolio projects, our team takes on a small number of private commissions. The same people, the same standard.
